5 Months Old

Where has the time gone? It seems like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital!

Things Leon can do:
pay attention to a small object
squeal in delight
reach for an object
smile spontaneously
smile back when you smile
grasp a rattle
keep head level with body when pulled to sitting
roll over (one way)
bear some weight on legs
say "ah-goo"
razz
turn in the direction of a voice
object if you try to take a toy away
work to get to a toy out of reach
pass a cube or other object from one hand to the other
look for a dropped object
babble

Today Leon actually did pretty well at daycare...except for the sleeping part. He ate decent. He's getting his cold back though I think. He's been coughing a lot more and today he had a runny nose at daycare. I've given him Triaminic all day today to try to help clear that up. I just wish the runny nose one lasted longer. I may be getting up every 4-6 hours giving him more if it doesn't keep the cough away! Poor baby. Hopefully he'll be better by the end of the weekend. I just don't want him to get sick again. He did spit up a little more than usual tonight, but hey...he's a baby! Tonight was his first night of baby food too! We started with carrots. I have a couple pictures as well.
