This week at daycare, Leon seemed to do decent on the potty. He usually is only wet a couple times a day when they take him. I have them taking him every hour to the bathroom too...so I guess that isn't so bad. The other night after his bath I was getting his pajamas on him and he saw some underwear and INSISTED that he wear them to bed! So, I put his diaper on for bed time and then put the underwear over them...he was so happy! Today he did decent on the potty I guess...he started out better than how the day ended...but I'm putting some of that blame on no nap today. He's always crankier and doesn't want to cooperate without a nap.

Friday I took him to the doctor. He has had a yucky runny nose for almost 2 weeks. I wanted to get him in before the long weekend...sure enough, just as I had suspected, he has a sinus infection. I assumed that was what it was. She said within the next 2-3 days we would definitely see an improvement in the yucky mucus. Today I would say he was definitely better...but still yucky.

I have everything picked out that I want to get for his birthday party, I just have to go purchase everything. (party wise anyway) I have a few ideas for what I may get him though. I was originally going to get him a tricycle. He loves to ride on some of his ride on toys he has now, but he is almost too big for some of them...but he still manages very well. He absolutely LOVES the kitchen stuff at daycare too. You can't really get him away from it. I know it's kind of girlie...but I was thinking about getting him one of those too...but that will depend on how much they are. We will wait and see how many clothes he gets and then go get what we need after that I guess. Christmas isn't too far away from his birthday so I don't want to get him too much either. Well, I think that is all the information I have for now. We will continue working with him on the potty this weekend and see how it goes with it being a long weekend...maybe he'll get a little bit better at "telling" us.
