18 Months Old Already

Doesn't he look so innocent?
This one is one of my favorites. He was trying to crawl away!
I didn't like this one at first, but I have really started to like it since I've seen it a few more times.
Cheese ball!
This IS Leon...everyday really!
This one looks like a school picture or something.

Boy, when people tell you that the time flies by it definitely does! I don't know where the last 18 months have gone. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing Leon home from the hospital, now he's grown up into a sweet handsom little toddler. His personality just continues to blossom every day. I do have to say, he is almost identical to me in several ways. His personality is a lot like mine, his actions, everything it seems. We are finding something new each day that is more and more like me. Don't get me wrong, he has a lot of Skip in him too, but you know how your mother always says, "One day, I hope you have a child just like you." Well...I have my "child" that is for sure with him. His vocabulary is getting better and better every day. His walking is getting better everyday. There is hardly ever someone he won't talk to...I know, give it a few months, he'll turn in to the shy toddler! They always do.

He is still on breathing treatments and will be for the next 3 weeks or so. Hopefully by then he'll be over this darn cold and it will FINALLY start to get warm outside! The weather being up and down doesn't help anyone to fight off colds, let alone him. He has to have 2 a day for a month and if he needs more, we give him more, but it varies from day to day on how many he actually needs. Sometimes I think he needs them because of allergies, but for the most part, they haven't been acting up too bad. He is on medicine for that though, so it shouldn't be too bad. A lot of it is him just being a kid too though. When he gets all worked up from playing he starts to sound rattly again, but once he calms down, he's fine...so sometimes it's hard to tell when and if he "really" needs one. Most of the time he doesn't so for the most part we have been sticking with 2 treatments a day. Well, I hope you like the pictures! I'll be posting more once we have his physical therapy session this week. We should know then when he will be discharged. I'm ready to not have to worry about therapy that's for sure. It has definitely helped and I would recommend it to any parent who has a child like Leon...stubborn really. He just didn't want to do it when he should have been doing it!

I almost cried when I looked at these once I got home because he is so grown up. He's not my baby anymore that's for sure.

He is such a ham too! We did his hair in a mohawk after dinner because he had food in it. I'll have to post some of those pictures. (it was before bath time)He's so funny! He poses for everything.
