Busy week

This week is a busy week for us with doctor appointments. I have a doctor appointment on Monday, and then Tuesday we go to Riley for a genetics counseling session for Noah, and then Wednesday we go to Riley again for Noah's swallow study. I'm a little nervous about this one. He is doing great with the bottle, don't get me wrong, but for some reason all of a sudden as of yesterday, he will NOT take hardly any of the bottle. He was taking an ounce before he decided he was done and now it's barely half an ounce if even that! I hope he's not aspirating anymore and we can slowly start cutting down on the tube feedings, but he's got to EAT before we can do that too! He gets VERY upset and angry when we take the tube out but if he pulls it out, he could care less so I think we are definitely going to let him take it out on his own. I know that is weird, but he is always happy as can be when he takes it out himself. I hope he gets his eating up some more though! Hopefully the genetics doctor will put him on the medication they were talking about that will make him want to eat more. I'm so over the tube already and want it gone, not to mention the supply bills! :)

Noah is smiling more and more easily now. He loves to flash his big gummy grin at me...and I of course don't mind. Leon can get him to smile quite often too. All around, Noah is a pretty happy baby...although like any baby, he has his moments where all he wants to do is scream. He is in 3-6 months now, even though a few of his bigger 0-3 month outfits still fit, but not many of them. The pants were too short and the long sleeves were too short on him. They are big around the waist, but it's not like he's doing anything for them to fall down or anything. :) I'll update more later on his tests and I have tons of pictures to upload so look for those soon...I hope anyway!
