Sweet Potatoes

Well, there hasn't been anything yet that Leon hasn't liked!! I'm sure that will change soon. We'll be starting green beans and peas next. We'll see how that goes I guess. He did so good yesterday and last night too. He ate his oatmeal in the morning for breakfast followed by a bottle. Then he took a 4 hour nap from 10-2. He got up and had rice and the rest of his carrots from the night before so that they wouldn't go bad since I was starting the sweet potatoes. Then he ate his sweet potatoes and rice at about 6, got his bath and went to bed at 7:30 and slept until 7:00 this morning. He only took the 1 nap yesterday but the 4 hour nap was fine with me. I'm trying to get him to take one now but he's just wanting to babble. He's not mad or anything, just talking like crazy. Maybe he'll talk himself to sleep?!?! We ran to Target really quick at 10 and he slept for about 30 minutes while we were gone, but that's it. His eyes are red. I put him down and he babbled for about 20 minutes. I got him up to give him his lunch and he ate his rice and then took his bottle. He was trying to go to sleep then so I put him in bed and he's been in there for about 20 minutes again just babbling and yelling...not upset yelling though. So, we'll see if he takes one today. Even if he took one a little later I wouldn't mind but it won't be another 4 hour one! He's starting to get mad, but he needs to take a nap!

This weekend has been pretty relaxing for the most part. I've gotten a lot done around the house which has been really nice. I got all the laundry done...almost, cleaned up the kitchen and living room which hasn't been done for about 2 weeks. I was getting really tired of looking at it that's for sure! I got the dishes done...and even cooked dinner the past 2 nights and I'm making beef stew in the crock pot for tonight! I feel so homely today I guess for some reason. Danielle is suppose to come over and play games and hang out tonight, but we'll see how she feels when she gets back. She went to visit her family this weekend. I'll update more later, that's about it for now :) I'll upload the sweet potato picture later. There's not much on his face this time. I'm trying to keep him a little cleaner at times...but it varies from time to time!!
