ENT Appt

Leon had his ENT appointment today. It went well. Basically, we found out that he cannot hear that well because of all the fluid build up in his ears, so he will be having tubes put in on June 2nd. June is looking to be a heavy month for doctor's appointments and other things at our household :)

They did a hearing test and he can't hear hardly anything with low tones at all right now because of the fluid build up. They did a pressure test on his eardrums and he failed both of those...again, because of the fluid build up. The doctor was really nice and took plenty of time to go through everything. He said as far as his allergy medication goes, he wants him to continue everything that his pediatrician has put him on, but keep on the nasal spray all year round instead of just during the springtime. He also wants him to get back into the program he was in for physical therapy, for speech therapy so he can get caught up on his speech. Don't get me wrong, he talks a mile a minute...you just can't understand the majority of what he does say. So, as time goes on I'll update in that area. I'll have to call his doctor tomorrow to get the number for the program because I have no clue where I put it at now.
