No Pics...

I haven't gotten a chance to get the pictures uploaded to the computer yet from Easter weekend. It's only been a week but it seems so much longer than that! I will get them updloaded soon hopefully.

I had my 9 week checkup on Monday and everything is ok so far. We couldn't get the heartbeat, but it's still really early. (It was really close to being 10 weeks) I think it's around 12 weeks that you can hear the heartbeat normally. I've seen it on ultrasound and that's the important thing to me right now.

Wednesday Leon came down with diarrhea again and then again on Friday. I took him back to the doctor again on Thursday and they finally sent away the diaper for a stool culture. She doesn't think there is anything bacteria-wise causing it but since it's been going on for a month and a half now she wanted to send it out. (off and on for a month and a half) I'm suppose to call tomorrow to see if they have the results back yet. It takes a while for the cultures so it's possible it's not back yet. She does think that when he had the rotavirus which is what started the whole thing that it wiped out all the good bacteria in his system and it hasn't been able to be replaced yet...which causes frequent diarrhea apparently. I heard from 2 of my friends about Lactinex. It's a live good bacteria that replaces all of the lost bactera that should be in your system. I bought some of it on Friday night and he is a completely different kid now. He hasn't had a sign of diarrhea since then. It's a wonder drug as far as I'm concerned right now! I just want it to be over with. I volunteered to leave work on Friday if we had too many people and they let me leave and I was so upset the entire day. I had to make him take an early nap just so that I could rest and relax. That nap ended up being a 4 hour nap! I guess I really needed the sleep. It's just gone on way too long and I want some answers!!! I'll keep you posted as to what the results say.
