Still feverish

I just can't seem to get this darn fever to go away! I'm over it already! The doctor did say he could have a touch of the flu and if that was the case, he'd run one for about 5 days! Goodness...
It starts to go down and it will be down for a few hours after the Tylenol wears off and then shoots right back up close to 102. He's had 3 doses of the antibiotic already and he is getting his eye drops for pink eye...we're just waiting for the fever to break to send him back to daycare! I just called and he has 6 days left of vacation and since he hasn't been there yet I haven't taken the check in. I will void that check and write one with the vacation days taken out I guess! They get a week of "vacation" time for every 6 months that they are there. It's kind of nice really. He has been there for 14 months now and only used 4...and that was for a funeral. We've never used it for "vacation" because all of my sick/vacation time at work goes to him being sick...gotta love kids I guess! I'm just to the point to where I don't care what they say...it only matters what my boss says...and as long as I don't use all of them right now...we'll be fine! I still have 1 more sick day left from when I was sick...then we start in on vacation time! Wish me luck!

We've done the cool baths and Tylenol...it's been going down so I have doubled him up with Motrin yet. His doctor says that Motrin is better for fevers...but it never seems to work with him...we always use Tylenol. I don't get it...but it never hurts to try I guess!
