Hospital

Well, I gave in because Leon has still been having diarrhea and vomiting. So, at 8:00 we left for the emergency room. Once we were there, they did some vitals and ran some tests. Needless to say, because some of his levels are off, not off so much that they are severely problematic or anything, but off for an infant, they admitted him. So, Skip and I came home to grab some stuff and we're going back to the hospital tonight to be with him. All we really know for sure is that he does have a pretty bad ear infection in one ear. I don't think I've ever cried as much as I have tonight though. I feel so helpless because all he does is cry. I hate hearing him cry like he was. I know part of it is because he's in pain, but the other part he's so tired. He is extremely exhausted. They are really just keeping him for observation and once he starts eating we'll be able to bring him home again. Keep your fingers crossed that we'll be able to bring him home soon. I know it will take a couple more days probably of me staying home with him before he'll be allowed to go to daycare as well. Mommy and daddy are extremely stressed out and exhausted as well. I'll update more when I get a chance.
