What a difference a Night Makes

Leon did SO much better last night sleeping. He actually didn't wake up except for when he was starting to wake up and realized he didn't have his pacifier. He woke up around 7 but wasn't quite ready to get up, but it was time for his medicine, so I got him up and fed him anyway. I put some baby Vicks on his chest, and I bought the Pedia Care aroma outlet things and put in his room and he slept so much better and woke up so much clearer. I'll probably do it again tonight. He's starting to get some of the mucusy stuff out finally. It just seems like it's taking this prescription forever to work. The good thing is though, he's not coughing as bad. He still has his moments, but those are usually when he is trying to get something out. He's slowly getting better. I am so glad I kept him home from daycare yesterday. I think the extra day will really help him out. He's actually taking really good naps today so far too. He took a 2 hour one this morning and then went back down about an hour and a half after he got up and has been sleeping for about an hour now. He is breathing so much better too. Got to love this weather though, it's snowing here today. We aren't planning on taking him anywhere this weekend at all...just letting him relax around the house.
